Where we ship
Paintings ship from [city, country] to [list of countries or regions]. Delivery options and costs for your address appear at checkout before you pay.
When your order leaves the studio
Originals and in-stock prints are packed and dispatched within [3–5] working days of payment. Commissions ship when finished, on the date agreed in your proposal.
Delivery times

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your painting is collected by the courier.
Packing and insurance
Every painting is wrapped in acid-free tissue and protective film, given corner protectors, and boxed or crated depending on size. Shipments are insured for their full value until they reach you.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are [paid by the buyer on delivery / included in the price]. The studio declares the true value of every shipment.
Damage in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the painting before unpacking further, and write to the studio within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair, replacement print or refund with the insurer.
