Changing your mind
If a painting is not right for you, tell the studio within [14] days of delivery. Return it unused, in its original packing, within [14] days of telling us. Return shipping is [paid by the buyer / covered by the studio], and the painting must be insured for its full value.
Your refund is issued to the original payment method within [5–10] working days of the painting arriving back at the studio in its original condition.
Works that cannot be returned
- Commissioned paintings made to your brief
- [Prints that have been framed or altered after delivery]
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your painting arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write within 48 hours with photos. The studio will cover the return and offer a repair, an exchange or a full refund.
How to start a return
Email the studio with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive packing instructions and the return address.
