SoSaras accepts three payment methods: ZainCash Iraq, Qi Card Iraq and Cash. This page explains how each one works and how we confirm your payment.
ZainCash Iraq
Mobile wallet payment
- Choose ZainCash Iraq at checkout and place your order.
- In your ZainCash app, scan one of the QR codes, or enter the number shown under it, and send the order total.
- Write your order number in the payment note.
- Send us your order number and the transaction reference.
Qi Card Iraq
Card account payment
- Choose Qi Card Iraq at checkout and place your order.
- Scan the QR code with your Qi Card / SuperQi app, or use account number 2203747999, and send the order total.
- Add your order number to the payment note if your app allows it.
- Send us your order number and the transaction reference.
Cash
In Basra or on delivery in Iraq- In person in Basra: pay in cash when we meet to hand over your painting.
- Cash on delivery within Iraq: pay the courier in cash when your painting is delivered.
- Choose Cash at checkout. We will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to arrange the time and place, or the delivery.
- Please have the exact order total ready.
How ordering and payment work
- Place your order. Add a painting to your cart, enter your details at checkout and choose a payment method. For paintings marked “Price on request”, contact us first and we will confirm the price in writing.
- Your order is placed “on hold”. You will see the payment instructions on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
- Pay. For ZainCash or Qi Card, send the order total using the details above. For cash, we will contact you to arrange payment.
- Send us your payment details. Send your order number and the transaction reference on WhatsApp at 00964 788 762 0920 or by email to contact@sosaras.com. A screenshot of the receipt helps us find your payment quickly.
- We verify the payment. We check that the money has arrived in our ZainCash or Qi Card account, or that cash has been received, before we confirm your order.
- We confirm and prepare your order. Once payment is verified, we update your order and let you know the next steps for delivery.
Payment verification
Orders paid by ZainCash, Qi Card or cash are not paid automatically through the website. Every order stays on hold until we have confirmed the payment ourselves.
A screenshot alone does not confirm payment. We use your screenshot and transaction reference to find your payment, but we only confirm an order after we have checked that the payment has actually been received.
Ordering from outside Iraq
ZainCash, Qi Card and cash payments are available inside Iraq. If you live outside Iraq, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email before placing an order. Tell us which painting you like and your country, and we will confirm delivery options, the delivery cost and a payment method that works for you. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to the total in writing.
Amount and currency
Prices on our website are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Please send the exact order total. If you need the amount in Iraqi dinars, or have any question about the amount to pay, contact us before paying and we will confirm it in writing.
Keeping your payment safe
- We will never ask for your card number, PIN, password or one-time code.
- Only pay to the ZainCash numbers and Qi Card account number shown on this page. If anyone asks you to pay to different details, please contact us on our official WhatsApp number before paying.
- Our website does not store your wallet or card details. Payments are made in your own ZainCash or Qi Card app.
Unpaid and cancelled orders
If we do not receive payment for an order, we may cancel it so the painting is available to other customers again. If you change your mind before paying, just tell us and we will cancel the order. For cancellations and refunds after payment, see our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back using the method you paid with where possible, or another method we agree with you.
